About
A planning service on the homeowner's side of the table
Why Revival exists
Most renovations start with calls to contractors before anyone has pinned down what the job is. Each contractor hears a slightly different project, the estimates cannot be compared, and the homeowner is left guessing which number is real.
Revival starts with a free call to get the job clear: what you want done, your budget, your timing and your town. Then we check licenses and insurance and introduce up to two licensed contractors who fit the job, so every estimate you get is for the same project.
How we work
- Licensed partners only. Every contractor in the network holds a current county home improvement license, checked again at every introduction.
- Facts with sources. Our guides use official town, county and state pages, listed and dated on every page.
- No rankings, no paid placement. We do not publish best-of lists or star ratings, and no contractor can pay to be mentioned.
- No borrowed proof. We show no reviews until we have real ones for this service.
- Your details stay with us until you sign a consent that names a specific contractor.
Where we work
Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York. We help homeowners in both counties and cannot take requests for homes in New York City.
What we are not
Revival is not a contractor. We do not build, remodel, repair or clean up anything, we do not visit homes or give estimates, and we never take payments for construction work. The licensed contractors you choose do the walk-through, the estimate and the work, and you hire them directly.
Talk the job through before you call anyone
Tell us about the house and the job in about four minutes. Revival calls you, free, to go over the scope, the budget, the timing and your town's permit office. Contractor matches open as our first licensed partners sign.
